After the sandblasting was done, I washed the bumper thoroughly to remove any remaining debris. Next, I applied a rust inhibitor using a spray bottle, letting it sit for a few minutes to ensure complete coverage. Another round of washing and drying followed, preparing the surface for the application of primer.
Once the primer had dried for 30 minutes, it was time to apply the truck color paint. With each brushstroke, the bumper transformed, shedding its worn appearance and revealing a vibrant new finish. The transformation was complete, and my Ford truck's bumper looked as good as new, a testament to the power of DIY restoration and the joy of seeing an old piece come back to life.
